Accutech Ground Disturbance
Ltd. has developed specialized forms to track a schedule
of crossings when dealing with right of way construction.
Our crews will perform a four way scan on both facilities
and R.O.W.’s and provide detailed information in a field
report. Field reports will be provided on site and will
include a minimum of a CAD drawing, an EUB board plat, a
Safe Work /Hazard Acknowledgement form complete with a
site assessment section that will detail any locating
limitations. |
